Domain and hosting costs are not included in your quote, however I'm available to help you setup these recurring services and share 20% off hosting costs.

BRANDING You'll complete a personalized Design Questionnaire to uncover your mission, target audience, services, and brand style.

WEBSITE Clients are responsible for completing a personalized Website Questionnaire before we dive into design work. For those seeking referrals, you're welcome to my trusted list of photographers, illustrators, and creative copywriters.

+ Do you take brand photos and film promo videos?

Brand styling services are available and dependent upon scope. Beyond our in-house photography services, you can count on Rylin and crew to coordinate and style shoots alongside the most talented photographers and videographers available.

+ Do you write copy?

We understand that sharing your story is important, so we outsource this specific skill to local copywriters.

+ Can you rush designs?

We do our best to accommodate all clients based on our calendar availability. Expedited services may require an additional investment.

+ Do you maintain the sites after delivery?

We’re happy to make site edits and updates at our hourly rate of $100.

+ Do you offer discounts?

Yes, we offer a non-profit rate of 15% off all costs. Any discounts shared on social media or emails expire as listed.

+ What happens if the project goes beyond original scope?

Communication is key here and you should never be surprised by an unexpected invoice. If we estimate your project will likely go beyond its original scope of work, we’ll provide you with an estimate for the additional time, billed at an hourly rate of $100.

+ What happens if I'm not happy with the designs?

Your input and inspiration is part of our process from the start. This includes rounds of refinement to ensure you're thrilled with the deliverables. If you'd like to explore new direction beyond the scope of our agreement, we can continue to collaboration at an hourly rate of $100.

+ Can you get the designs printed for us?

Yes, we’re happy to coordinate the printing process for you from start to finish. We work with local and remote printers with a wide variety of expertise. All files must be approved in writing prior to print and the printing company is ultimately responsible for resolving any technical issues that may arise.
